This shop is amazing!! Took my car in for hail damage that happened in another state and they handled the entire process start to finish with my insurance company. This was the easiest process I have ever had when filing an insurance claim. They truly take care of you like family there. Highly recommend!!

Like many of you, I have often passed Tiger Point Paint and Body on my way to a “big” auto shop. With so many larger companies tied in with insurance providers, it’s easy to assume that the bigger shop is going to be the better option—but that’s often simply not the case. After trying to work with a major repair shop for months on getting a sunroof issue addressed, I decided to stop at Tiger Point Paint and Body one morning right as the shop opened. In less than five minutes, the owner was working on my sunroof. In thirty minutes, I was driving away with a repaired sunroof and HUNDREDS of dollars more in my wallet than I would have had after leaving the big shop. Compare that to the $200 dollar “diagnostic fee” the big shop wanted up front, in addition to having me leave my vehicle for approximately five days before they might even start addressing my sunroof problem. At Tiger Point Paint and Body, Forrest was extremely courteous, obviously knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in treating my vehicle and me with thoughtfulness. I know. I know. I know the default temptation to go with the big shop. Before you commit, just give Tiger Point a Paint and Body a call and/or go by,

Tiger Point Paint & Body were amazing. They were very affordable, transparent about the entire process, and very respectful to the car and my family. Would happily take any car back here or recommend this place to anyone. Forrest and the entire staff are great.

Tiger Point Paint & Body did an amazing job on my car. My hood had been flaking and chipping for about two years, and it was honestly embarrassing since I’m active in the car scene. On top of that, my fender and door from a previous repair at another shop never matched quite right, and it had bothered me for years. Tiger Point fixed everything, and you’d never even know there was an issue to begin with. They also reapplied my rally stripe after repainting the hood, and it came out perfect. Their communication and turnaround time were great, and they were super accommodating with my schedule since I get off work after they close. I was able to pay over the phone and they left my key safely with the car so I could see it right away. When I first saw it, I honestly teared up — it looked brand new again. Couldn’t recommend Tiger Point enough.

Tiger point paint and body did a FANTASTIC job on my brand new car that got damaged at a local grocery store parking lot. The ladies in the office was so sweet, and Mr Forest and his team did a fast but very professional job getting my car back to me with in a week! We will definitely use them for any and all paint or body work needed in the future. Not to mention their pricing was well below 3 other shops I had called . That deserves more than 5 stars if you ask me! Thank you again everyone at Tiger Point Paint and Body!
